We believe that every child at CCMS should have the opportunity to enhance their learning through
    our After-School Class offerings.
    If you are unable to contribute, please complete the form below for scholarship consideration.​ 

    Scholarship recipients MUST HAVE A UNIQUE CODE to register online, or request will not be honored.

    NOTE:
    Materials Fees are not eligible for scholarships.
    Selected recipients will be eligible to receive ONE SCHOLARSHIP PER SESSION/PER FAMILY.
    Discounts are available for additional children in the family attending CCMS.
    Attendance is important. If your child has more than 3 absences your child/ren will be dropped from the class.
