Students will practice challenging yoga postures and yoga sequences which builds focus, flexibility and both inner and outer strength. Practicing yoga weekly will strengthen students emotional balance, trust and social skills. Mindfulness and breathing exercises will promote deep relaxation and positive self awareness. Yoga for teens enhances discipline, life balance and overall wellness. Classes are set to music, introduce yoga props and yoga mats are included. Yoga is fun and challenging.
