Cooking Class - European Favorites/5 Ingredient Fix
Enjoy delicious and healthy foods as we take a culinary journey through Europe for the first half of the session. Your kids will learn to make Italian classics like Creamy Pasta Marinara & Italian-Style Chocolate Cookie Crumble, Spanish favorites like Veggie Paella and Tortilla Español, Greek staples such as Humus, Greek Salad, Sweet Crepes and more! After Spring Break, your students will learn to make EASY, simple, healthy AND delicious foods featuring tasty meals using ONLY 5 ingredients. Each lesson, students will develop their culinary skills while learning about nutrition, culture and even dining etiquette. At the end of the session, parents are invited to our Kid Restaurant where your kids are the waiters and chefs! Get hungry to learn the art of cooking. Recipes Include: Hummus & Greek Salad, Beef & Veggie Kabobs, Patatas Bravs, Vegetable Paella, Tortilla Español, Classic French Salad, Ratatouille Stew, Sweet Crepes with Fresh Fruit, Pasta Marinara, Italian-style Chocolate Cookie Crumble, Mac & Cheese, Shakshouka, Chicken Teriyaki with Veggies, Flatbread with Eggs and Yogurt, Gluten-Free Chocolate Banana Pancakes, Rigatoni with Brussel Sprouts, Lemon & Parmesan Chicken Tenders “Milanese” with Arugula Salad, Spinach, Shallots & Feta Brown Rice Pilaf and more!
