SPRING SPORTS PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:
MEDICAL CLEARANCE
All students must complete their athletic clearance through www.athleticclearance.com. To participate in any after-school sports activities, students are required to have a current physical exam (conducted within the last year).
The signed and dated physical forms must be uploaded to the athletic clearance site.
Parents will receive an email confirmation once the athletic clearance process is complete.
Additionally, students must present an ATHLETIC CLEARANCE CARD to their coach on the first day of tryouts.
These cards can be picked up from Ms. Mathiesen or Ms. Denicia in the Front Office, or from Mr. Sablan in the PE Office.
This must be done for each sport a student tries out for.
No student will be allowed to participate in tryouts, practices, games, meets, or matches without being athletically cleared.
No exceptions!
All students must be athletically cleared by August 27 - before tryouts begin.

DONATIONS
The success of our athletic program heavily relies on the generosity of our Panther community. Donations are essential for covering costs such as coach stipends, league fees, transportation, equipment, and uniforms. While donations are not mandatory for participation, we kindly ask you to contribute whatever you can to help sustain our current programs.
Unfortunately, due to decreased funding from CCUSD and a drop in donations, we are facing difficult decisions
that could impact our teams.
Let's work together to ensure this doesn't happen! Our recommended donation is $100 per child per sport, but if you’re able to give more, your extra support will go a long way in keeping our programs strong and providing opportunities for all our athletes.
For those experiencing financial hardship, please donate what you can or request a scholarship above.
Every contribution makes a difference!
