In this Fiction Writing class, students will learn about fiction writing and techniques to enhance their storytelling. Students will learn how to write a fictional story, and emphasis will be placed on character development, setting, dialogue, and structure. The class will also cover editing and proofreading, and how to constructively offer feedback to peers. The class will culminate with each student having written at least one short story, and then sharing it in a supportive environment. Please bring your own writing journal and pens or pencils.
Mask requirement will be based on CCUSD ordinance
