Culver City Middle School (CCMS) believes that a dynamic program of student activities is vital to the educational development of the student. We believe that the essential elements of character building are embodied in things such as sportsmanship. Our athletic program provides all CCMS students the opportunity to participate and develop such skills, regardless of their level of expertise.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Students MUST be athletically cleared and have an Athletic Clearance Card to participate (see Pathway to Joining a Sport below).

  • The success of our athletic program heavily relies on the generosity of our Panther community. Donations are essential for covering costs such as coach stipends, league fees, transportation, equipment, and uniforms. While donations are not mandatory for participation, we kindly ask you to contribute whatever you can to help sustain our current programs. Every contribution makes a difference!

Pathway to Joining a Sport

Step 1: Visit Home page

Visit the CCMS Athletics Home Page to learn more about the athletic program

Step 4: Attend meetings & tryouts

Note -- Students will need a 'Clearance Card' from the school's front office to attend tryouts

Step 2: Get a physical

  • Download this form

  • Get a physical exam by either:

  • Meeting with your medical provider

  • Schedule an appointment with the Health Center at CCMS

  • Get the form signed

Step 5: Donate

Step 3: Submit Information

  • Parent should create an account at https://www.athleticclearance.com/

  • Upload your completed forms

  • Mark all the sports your student would like to play during the entire school year

  • Make sure you receive an email saying your student is 'CLEAR'

Culver City Middle School (CCMS) believes that deserves an opportunity to participate in athletic activities for educational  development of the student. Our athletic program provides all CCMS students the opportunity to participate and develop such skills, regardless of their level of expertise.

That being said, there are associated costs. We encourage all families to contribute to the program. Anything they find meaningful is welcome. Use the 'Donate' button below to show your generosity.​

  • All funds collected through the Athletic donation link are used exclusively for supporting the athletic programs during the school year

  • There are a small number of stipends available for families that require assistance. Use the form in the section below to apply in case required

  • ​The table below shows costs associated to a sampling of athletic programs from the 2024-2025 school year

Scholarships are Available

If you are unable to contribute, please complete the online Scholarship Form prior to registration.

Scholarship recipients MUST HAVE A UNIQUE CODE to register online, or request will not be honored.
Materials Fees are not eligible for scholarships.

Panther Partners of CCMS is a non-profit organization supporting after-school enrichment classes in arts, athletics & academics.
Classes are provided to our students through donations and fundraising events.
