​​THANK YOU for considering donating and supporting the athletics program at CCMS!

  • The form below will walk you through the donation amount and frequency. The pre-populated amounts are suggestions. Feel free to edit the amount in the 'Other' text box.

  • You will be given the option to pick a donation recipient sport.

  • Donated funds are used exclusively for the nominated sport during the school year.

  • As Panther Partners is a registered non-profit, a tax receipt will be emailed to you directly through our payment processor (Zeffy).

  • Please consider matching your donation through your employer, when the option is available. Check here to see if your employer offers matching donations. It is free to you and doubles the impact for CCMS!.
